the staff was helpful showing me where to park.
The bed felt really uncomfortable. I hardly slept during my nights. the breakfast was not good. It lacked variety, and the quality was not great. i was quite disappointed by it.

the host displayed amazing hospitality. mohammed greeted us upon arrival. he promptly showed us the designated parking area and offered assistance with our luggage. his friendly demeanor impressed us.
the website also mentioned a bar, entertainment, and a full english breakfast, but this information seemed inaccurate. I found this misleading.

The family room was clean and sufficiently sized for our needs, though we did have to request extra towels. It would be useful to have them prepared in advance. we appreciated the prompt response to our request, the linen was fresh and smelled nicely.

We did not require breakfast , it seemed the hotel was not proactively offering or inquiring about breakfast options. this was unusual, given the bed-and-breakfast nature of the hotel, but we did not require it. I would have appreciated an ask though.

the hotel is conveniently located near local amenities and the railway station, thus making it easy to travel around. parking was available in an adjacent gated area, this accessibility was a definite advantage. the staff provided a key, i found this very convenient.

the hotel manager was very friendly. he even helped with our bags upon arrival (it was a nice gesture!). the hotel is within walking distance to some bars and the seafront. the rooms are clean and tidy.
i found a stain on the duvet cover. the owner was very apologetic and dealt with it quickly (i appreciated that). i had to ask for extra towels.

The room was too small. the shower was not great and the soap dispenser didn't work. That was annoying. the breakfast didn't include bacon. I was disappointed by that.

The location is convenient. The beach is a short two-minute walk. The host was helpful. He ensured we were parked safely.
The cooked breakfast lacked bacon. It also did not include any pork products. The rooms felt dated. I noticed redecoration is needed.
